Strategy

Our strategy is to reinforce the leading position of high quality flour and crop producer in the region. The strategy will be realized through focus on two areas – crop farming segment development and efficiency improvement.

• Introduction of maize crop will lead to increase of crop output by 4 times in five-year period;

• To secure expansion of crop farming segment we will invest in construction of additional silos, new machinery and land bank expansion;

• More intensive utilization of the mill's equipment will allow to increase flour production by 21% in five years;

• Due to planned investments into crop farmaing segment and efficiency improvement, the Company will significantly improve its financial indicators.
